Train to improve athletic ability that enhances performance on the gridiron, pitch or diamond! Athletes will have the opportunity to train with the best in youth athletic development in a competitive environment of their peers. Training will include speed mechanics, agility mechanics, plyometrics, core development, strength and conditioning.
Youth Field Sport Performance
SPORTS: Soccer and Lacrosse
AVAILABLE TIMES: MWF at 9am, TTH at 12pm, MWF at 2:30pm
Two or three sessions per week for 16 or 24 total sessions. Program will be scheduled from June 6th through July 29th. All session run for 1 hour duration.
AGES: 6 – 12 year olds
COST: 2 sessions per week for $199 or 3 sessions per week for $239
Youth Power Sport Performance
SPORTS: Football, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer Keepers and Volleyball
AVAILABLE TIMES: TTH at 9am, MWF at 12pm, TTH at 2:30pm
