The Sports Armory offer training for speed, quickness, agility, power, strength, fitness and sport specific conditioning. Group Sports Performance training is age appropriate and geared toward developing total athleticism. Classes offered
- Monday thru Friday at 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm

The Benefits of Group Sports Performance for Your Athlete
SPEED, AGILITY AND QUICKNESS
Aspiring young athletes must spend time developing athletic qualities. This is critical for long term success. A well-grounded sports performance training program is the cornerstone on which everything else is built.
TRAIN TO REDUCE INJURIES
Blending the art of training with the science of strength and conditioning in order to build robust athletes that are prepared for the rigors of their sport. Proper conditioning will incorporate balance, flexibility, stability, acceleration, and deceleration.
DEVELOP THE TOTAL ATHLETE
The concept of throwing a young athlete out on to the field or court and allowing them to figure things out on thier own is ill advised. We assess and address an athletes development needs and target training to enhance deficiencies. A well rounded athlete enjoys more success in a wider variety of sports.
Group Performance Training is offered Monday thru Friday with sessions at 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Still find time for training with the hectic schedules of academics, school and club teams.
