Team Sports Performance – All Competitive Ages
Not only does The Sports Armory offer individual and group training to build the overall athlete. Sport-specific team training is also offered. A chance for club, school and even professional teams and organizations to come and train as a team is a great advantage.
The Sports Armory is Tulsa’s leader in Team Performance training. Athletes benefit by following a sport-specific training regimen that is age appropriate and helps teams meet sport demands. This program will improve the technical athletic skill and conditioning elements that directly relate to their sport while building camaraderie with their teammates. Coaches and parents will benefit by knowing that their team/athlete is participating in a structured science-based performance enhancement program. Participation in our Team Sports Performance program allows coaches to dedicate more of their valuable practice time to sport specific skills and sport strategy. Teams will receive:
- Team warm-up and activation strategies
- Team based technical skills (speed, agility, quickness)
- Sport specific strength
- Sport specific energy system conditioning
- Core system development
- Competition based skill work
